Tissue Specimen Quantification Example
In-house image analysis software turns digital slides into quantitative data packages! Our robust software quantification can target specific stains and various biomarkers from both healthy and diseased models. The above example displays our image quantification analysis on murine livers, quantifying phenotype-specific deposits found in diseased phenotypes. Our analysis, corroborated with board-certified pathology scoring, determined an age-dependent trend of large disease phenotypic deposits (>240µm).
Immunohistochemistry Staining Examples
Chromogenic IHC Staining
IHC utilizes chromogenic reagents to detect protein abundance, distribution, and localization. Chromogenic detection produces an insoluble colored product at the antigen site through enzymatic reaction. With multiple chromogenic IHC verified in-house techniques and validated antibodies we have the capability to produce customized protocols and antigen retrieval based on your project needs. Antigen signal intensity can be scored by board certified pathologists or customized image analysis of signal quantification
Immunofluorescent Staining
IF utilizes fluorophore conjugated antibodies to detect protein abundance, distribution, and localization. Our histology core has the capability to produce a four color staining panel with a nuclear marker. Confocal microscopy techniques are used to acquire representative images and confirm expected signal intensity. Antigen signal intensity can be scored by board certified pathologists or customized image analysis of signal quantification.
