The Human T Cell Differentiation & CCRs (27-Color) Panel is a pre-optimized flow cytometry panel designed to characterize human T cell differentiation states in parallel with chemokine receptor (CCR) expression. This panel enables resolution of naïve, memory, and effector T cell subsets while profiling key chemokine receptors that regulate T cell trafficking, tissue homing, and functional specialization.
Key Features & Benefits
Trusted
27-color, pre-optimized configuration minimizes panel design and optimization time.
Comprehensive T-Cell Coverage
including naïve, central memory, effector memory, and terminal effector subsets.
Chemokine Receptor Profiling
Enables assessment of T cell trafficking and tissue homing potential.
Simultaneous Analysis
Differentiation and migratory phenotypes in a single assay.
Workflow
Suitable for cohort studies, longitudinal sampling, and translational research.
Target Immune Cell Populations
This panel is specifically designed to resolve human T cell populations across both differentiation and migratory states. It captures CD4⁺ and CD8⁺ T cells and separates naïve, central memory, effector memory, and terminal effector subsets using established differentiation markers such as CD45RA and CCR7. In parallel, the panel profiles key chemokine receptors associated with lymphoid homing, peripheral tissue trafficking, and recruitment to inflammatory sites. This combined phenotypic approach allows researchers to link T cell maturation status with migratory behavior and tissue tropism.
Scatter, Viability, and Intro T Cell Gating
Human PBMCs from a healthy donor stained with the Human T Cell Differentiation and CCRs (27c) panel. Samples were acquired on a 5-laser (UV/V/B/YG/R) Cytek® Aurora using manufacturer recommended standard instrument settings.
Recommended Application
The Human T Cell Differentiation & CCRs (27-Color) Panel is designed for studies that require integrated analysis of T cell differentiation and trafficking potential by measuring maturation markers alongside chemokine receptor expression in a single assay. This approach enables high-resolution characterization of T cell identity, migratory behavior, and immune function without the need for multiple staining panels.
This panel supports studies of autoimmune, inflammatory, and immuno-oncology indications, where aberrant T cell trafficking and localization play a critical role in disease progression and therapeutic response. By resolving differentiation state and CCR expression simultaneously, the panel helps identify T cell populations associated with pathological tissue infiltration or tumor homing potential.
Finally, the panel is well suited for longitudinal cohort studies and translational research programs, allowing researchers to track changes in T cell differentiation and chemokine receptor expression over time. Its comprehensive and standardized design supports consistent, high-dimensional immune profiling across time points, treatments, and patient populations.
